Well the wind was on the nose and was very light but it was great to be out there again. Now it's time to provision and a couple of last minute projects before leaving this weekend for our 2 week Albemarle loop trip.I ordered a new carb and want to install before we leave. I couldn't get more than 13 knts out of the old girl and have not been able to get a good slow speed even after multiple rebuilds. Solar panel will stay on hatch until I can properly build a mount.
I planned our route and it ended up being 600 miles. Checked the weather and looks like we may hit 100 degrees. Considering carrying a small air conditioner for days we will be in the marinas. Will not have a Billy box yet to hide it but ...
More important is to rebuild the bug screens. I think we may need them :(
